Indexo Real Estate Fund’s multi-apartment rental building at Pulkveza Brieza Street 10 has been commissioned

At the end of 2023, renovation works in an eclectic style building at Pulkveza Brieza Street 10 have been completed. The total floor space of the building is 4,582.5 m2, and it will offer 85 comfortable and fully furnished apartments for long-term and short-term rent. The building is located in the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage site Riga Historical Center, and almost EUR 5 million have been invested in its renovation.
“When working on renovation on the building on Pulkveza Brieza Street, it was important for us that the building maintains its story and historical heritage. We are truly satisfied that this project is the second of the three multi-apartment long-term rental houses in the portfolio of Indexo Real Estate Fund that has been commission and that will soon start long-term apartment rent,” said Provendi Asset Management (funds manager of Indexo Real Estate Fund) board chairman Kristaps Berzins.
The complex of the building consists of the historical building and a new building with a total floor space of 4,582.5 m2, including 3,518.9 m2 of rental space. During the renovation process, the building’s historical facade was maintained, complemented with lighting that excels the splendour of the building.
The multi-apartment building will offer studio-type apartments, apartments with one and two bedrooms with a floor space of 22.8 m2 to 72.2 m2 for rent. Seven of the apartments will also have the historical balconies. There will be two commercial premises available in the basement with a total floor space of 230 m2.
Common premises in both buildings have also been renovated, and new elevators have been built in each of the staircases. The main staircase has been renovated, preserving the historical furnishing as much as possible – tiles, stair railings and entrance portals. Video surveillance has been installed, and yards were also improved. Vestabalt will ensure rent and housing management services.
The building complex at Pulkveza Brieza Street 10 is the second of the three multi-apartment long-term rental houses in the portfolio of Indexo Real Estate Fund that has been commissioned. Apartments at Elizabetes Street 89 have already been rented, while renovation works are still ongoing at Krisjana Valdemara Street 61.
