Rental building on Elizabetes Street 89 commissioned

Renovation works on a restored historic Art Nouveau property at 89 Elizabetes Street have been completed at the beginning of 2023. The total floor space of the building complex is almost 5,000 m2, including the main facade building with three blocks in the yard and a separate historical wooden building.

The multi-apartment rental house offers 108 furnished apartments with a floor space from 18 m2 to 55 m2. 

The rental house on Elizabetes Street 89 offers one or two-bedroom furnished studio apartments for long-term rent. Tenants are offered apartments with furniture or without furniture. On the ground floor, there are also commercial premises with separate entrances available for stores, salons, galleries. In the yard, hidden from the city rush, there is a renovated historical three-storey wooden building which is one of the best quality renovated wooden buildings in Riga.

Common rooms of all buildings have been renovated, preserving the historical architectural elements, and every staircase has new KONE elevators.

There is video surveillance of the territory and comfortable yard with bike racks and benches.

The building complex on Elizabetes Street 89 is one of the current three long-term rental properties in the portfolio of Indexo Real Estate Fund that has already been commission and has tenants living in it. The buildings on Pulkveza Brieza Street 10 and Krisjana Valdemara Street 61 are being renovated.
