Project on 89 Elizabetes Street named this year’s best renovated project

For a second consecutive year, Baltic real estate leaders vote for the best projects, developers and green initiatives in a public vote and a vote of a professional jury. More than 900 real estate experts in a public vote and a professional jury assessed Latvia’s real estate projects: this year there were 30 nominees competing in 4 categories:

• Developer of the Year
• Project of the Year
• Best revitalized project
• Best green initiative

BRELF is the most important event for real estate leaders in the Baltics, gathering more than 300 representatives of the real estate sector for 11 years. BRELF award recognizes real estate projects, developers, investors, and initiatives that in the past year have provided the most valuable contribution to the Latvian real estate market.
