Project at 89 Elizabetes Street nominated for the BREL Award in the category Best Revitalized Project 2023

A project developed by Indexo Real Estate Fund - the historic Art Nouveau property at 89 Elizabetes Streethas been nominated for the Baltic Real Estate Leaders Forum (BRELF) Award in the category Best Revitalized Project 2023. The winner will be decided very soon by a public vote and professional jury. The total area of the complex at 89 Elizabetes Street is almost 3938 m², consisting of the forefront building with three blocks in the courtyard and a separate historic wooden building. The rental apartment property offers 108 refurbished apartments ranging from 18 m² to 55 m² in floor space. The ensemble of buildings has been renovated respecting the original construction design by the famous Latvian architect Konstantīns Pēkšēns, while making the building as energy efficient as possible, using the latest and most sustainable construction techniques and technologies.
