More than €150,000 invested in the renovation of the new Sinsay store at the Gaiļezers shopping center

Taking into account that the store premises must be at least 550 m2 in order to meet Sinsay's needs, Indexo Real Estate Fund organized the reconstruction of the shopping centre premises. "We are confident that the new store will positively complement the shopping centre’s offerings for both existing and new customers. The brand will also benefit the image of the shopping centre as a whole, therefore
without hesitation we were ready to invest funds for a relatively large reconstruction of the premises to meet the requirements of the new tenant," says Kristaps Bērziņš, Chairman of the Board of Provendi Asset Management.

The shopping centre Gaiļezers is managed by the commercial real estate developer Riga Norge Ltd, which also coordinated the renovation and adaptation process. Its representative, Līga Cauna, comments: “The development and improvement of shopping centres in Riga's microdistricts is an essential part of the city's development. These centres provide local residents with convenient access to daily goods and services and contribute to the local economy. Therefore, the 16th Sinsay store in Latvia will officially open its doors on August 10 of this year in the Gaiļezers shopping centre, which currently has more than 50 tenants."

The store will offer fashion-forward collections of women's, men's and children's clothing at democratic prices, while 25% of the store will be occupied by the homeware department," says Jana Meidropa, marketing manager of Sinsay brand representative LPP Latvia ltd. "This is also great news for Sinsay e-shoppers, as the opening of the new store will provide a number of significant advantages. Firstly, customers will be able to save on delivery costs, as they will be able to receive their goods directly at the store. Secondly, the product return process will become more convenient - customers will be able to return goods bought in the online shop in-store without having to send them back by parcel or courier."
