Indexo Real Estate Fund signs agreement with Vestabalt on rent and management of properties

Indexo Real Estate Fund has launched a collaboration with one of the leading real estate companies in Latvia, LLC Vestabalt, on management and rent of the properties in the fund’s portfolio.

The fund’s portfolio currently includes three high-quality real estate properties – residential buildings for long-term rent in the centre of Riga – on Elizabetes Street 89, Pulkveza Brieza Street 10, and Krisjana Valdemara Street 61.

The building on Elizabetes Street has already been commissioned and there are tenants living in it, while buildings on Pulveza Brieza Street 10 and Krisjana Valdemara Street 61 are being renovated, and renovation works will be completed in the second half of 2023 and the middle of 2024.
